Check-in

Standard check-in is from 4:00 pm.

If the apartment has been fully prepared before 4:00 pm, we will do our best to accommodate an earlier arrival. If the cleaners are still finishing, there is a vestibule where luggage can be left temporarily.

Parking

Free roadside parking is available on York Road and the surrounding roads. During busy periods, daytime spaces can be limited, although parking is often easier to find in the evening.

Finding the Entrance

Enter through the front gate and follow the steps down to the apartment entrance.

Key-safe

The key-safe is in the patio area, down the steps, on the wall beside the large bamboo plant.

Your personal key-safe code is supplied separately in your arrival email.

For security, the code is not displayed on this public guest information page.

Entering the Apartment

• The white entrance door is at the bottom of the steps.
• Use the silver key with the green cover for the entrance.
• The internal vestibule door uses the same silver key.
• When unlocking, pull the door towards you.
• The Yale door is self-locking.
• Do not close the door behind you unless you have the keys with you.
